Refunds and Returns
At Al Aaribah, we aim to provide a clear and seamless experience for our investors. Below is our policy on refunds and returns:
1. Investment Refunds- All investments are final and non-refundable till the duration of agreement, once funds are allocated to a project.
- Please review all terms and risks before making an investment.
2. Cancellation Period- Investors can cancel an investment within 48 hours of payment if the funds have not yet been allocated.
- Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted.
3. Failed Projects- If a project does not meet its funding goal or is cancelled before funds are utilized, the invested amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
4. Return of Capital- Capital returns depend on the performance of the invested project.
- Any returns will be distributed as per the project’s terms and conditions.
5. Withdrawals- Investors can request to withdraw available funds from their Al Aaribah wallet.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 to 15 business days, but investment returns follow the timelines specified in the project terms.
