Common Investment
Under the management of Al Aaribah, there are currently 7 running businesses, as follows:
1.Al Aaribah Properties: Engaged in the purchase and sale of land and Asset.
2.AES Engineering: Provides civil, electrical, and interior-related supply and engineering services to both government and private institutions.
3.Wada Foods: An organic food production factory, producing mustard oil, spices, ghee, and more.
4.Wada Mart: A mini-supermarket with one branch in Rajshahi and another branch under processing for Dhaka.
5.2nd Mentor: An online educational platform.
6.QueriesCare.com: An online career, matrimony, To-Let, and used authentic product buying and selling site with field verification.
7.Al Aaribah Agro Village: It is a self-sustained, agriculture-based Islamic society that operates with a focus on cow farms, goat farms, native ducks, chickens, fish and ponds, guest houses, agro resorts, gardens, and farming. Alongside its business operations, it also works on providing residential solutions for generations and fostering strong social bonds.
According to the Al Aaribah project, instead of taking investments for individual projects, a common investment is accepted for all the projects. This means that the investor's money will be allocated across all projects, reducing the risk for investors through project sharing, while generating an overall profit.
The business model will follow the Mudaraba principle, with profit distribution set at 40% for the investor and 60% for the Mudarib (Al Aaribah). This means that after deducting all operational expenses, the remaining profit will be shared in the ratio of 40:60 between the investor and the company. In case of losses, the investor can claim the remaining amount, excluding the lost portion.
Investors can invest a minimum of 10,000 BDT or multiples thereof, until the required amount is collected. The investor's funds will be utilized for the first 6 months, and from the 4th month onwards, they can view the status of their invested amount on their dashboard. After that, they can place a withdrawal request for profits only, or for partial principal along with profits, or for full principal along with profits.
Withdrawal requests can be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
